This is no ordinary speed rope. This jump rope on steroids is available in 1-1/2" or 2" thickness and the handles are created with bearings on both ends to make for a smooth rotating motion. The handles also have quick clip capability to make for fast attachment to the ropes. Agility is combined with strength thanks to the added weight and stress from the rope, in order to perform a full rotation. You will raise your heart rate and build muscle at the same time. The ropes also come in a combo package equipped with both thicknesses of rope and one set of handles.
