This highly adaptive piece of equipment can be your new best friend for fitness on the go. Each mount fits easily into the standard hitch of any vehicle. Standard height when inserted is about 9' depending on the vehicle that equipment is mounted to. When extended, the mount reaches a height of 14'. This mount can easily accommodate a rope, punching bag, hoist, almost any item you would like to bring to great heights. Each assembly comes standard with a 14' rope and pull up bar. The pull up bar could easily be used to transfer equipment from place to place, such as tires to a fitness class. Also accessories such as a traverse wall that opens to 12ft, and a 4 position salmon ladder can be purchased separately. Take your workout with you wherever you may go.
